Introduction of ImariNabeshima-yaki~Hatamontoen

Hatamantoen's seasonal painted vessels are very elegant, and the Moist series is also very popular at Ashiya-Kittyotoya.

Okawauchiyama, Imari City, Saga Prefecture, has been the seat of the Hizen Nabeshima clan since the latter half of the 17th century and has produced high-quality Imari Nabeshima ware for use as votive tableware.

The company was founded in 1926 in this area, also known as "the hidden village.

Hatamantoen mainly produces traditional Iro-Nabeshima ware with overglaze painting in three colors of red, yellow, and green on the underglaze blue,

The company also produces products using unique techniques such as "Sukashibori," in which the pattern emerges on the white porcelain surface as it shines through the light, and "Cuir," which expresses a leather-like texture and luster.
