The lid of Funaki's lidded dish can also be used as a small plate.
We placed the plate on Hiromi Urushiyama's white lacquer long square plate.
Hakubaiken Goromaruya "Usugohri" is
"Usugohri" is a confectionery that has been made for 270 years in Isurugi, Toyama Prefecture.
The "Usugohri" is said to be the reflection of the ice on the surface of the rice paddies on cold mornings in February and March when the deep snow in Hokuriku begins to melt.
